Mitch Lawrence of THE NEW YORK DAILY NEWS writes, "The NBA introduced its new head of officials, Ron Johnson, a retired two-star Army general and engineer by trade, during its annual preseason meeting for refs and team officials Wednesday in Jersey City.`I can build it,' Johnson told a luncheon gathering, `and I can also blow it up.'"
