Hornets Officials Monitoring Storm, No Contingency Plans Set Yet

John Reid of the TIMES-PICAYUNE writes "the Hornets have not made any contingency plans yet if Hurricane Gustav causes damage to the Alario Center or New Orleans Arena. The Hornets do not begin training camp until October, but team spokesman Harold Kaufman said at the close of business Friday, the franchise temporarily shut down its operations so employees could make their evacuation plans."
