In the LA DAILY NEWS, Vincent Bonsignore writes "to listen to some commentators Friday, the Lakers ended a long, arduous drought by advancing to the NBA Finals 'for the first time since 2004.' In some ways, they have a point. By Lakers standards, four years between Finals appearances is an eternity."
