Spurs Sign Brent Barry

The San Antonio Spurs today announced that they have signed guard Brent Barry. Per team policy terms of the deal were not disclosed. Barry was traded to Seattle, along with Francisco Elson and a 2009 first round draft pick, in exchange for Kurt Thomas on February 20. He was then waived by the SuperSonics on February 21. Barry appeared in 29 games for the Spurs this season and averaged 7.3 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 18.7 minutes.
